“Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

“Business Hours” means 09h00 to 17h00 on a Business Day.

Payments are processed securely through PayFast (Pty) Ltd.

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards

• Instant EFT via PayFast

All payments take place on PayFast’s secure platform. Hunt & Gather Snacks (Pty) Ltd does not store your card or banking details.

By making payment, you also agree to PayFast’s terms and conditions.

Usernames and passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your account.

Marketing and operational messages

We may send operational messages relating to orders, deliveries and support.

Marketing communication will only be sent if you opt in.

Service availability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Breach

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access without notice.

Warranties and indemnity

You warrant that all information provided is accurate.

You indemnify Hunt & Gather Snacks (Pty) Ltd against losses arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hunt & Gather Snacks (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Any liability is limited to R1000.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful activities, infringement of rights, spreading malware, harvesting data, spamming or interfering with site security.

User submissions

Any comments, suggestions or materials submitted may be used by Hunt & Gather Snacks (Pty) Ltd without obligation to compensate or keep them confidential.

General

We may update these Terms from time to time.

All intellectual property remains our property.

These Terms form the entire agreement.

South African law applies.
